Located on the renowned Ruta del Jamón (Ham Route), which is one of the best areas to savor Iberian acorn-fed ham and other Iberian pork products, Zufre offers an unparalleled gastronomic experience. The surrounding pastures, full of holm oaks, gall oaks, and cork oaks, are the natural home of Iberian pigs, who contribute to the creation of this exquisite delicacy. If you wish, we are happy to arrange visits to local producers.

Furthermore, Zufre is twinned with the town of Épron, France, strengthening the cultural and tourist ties between the two places. The municipality of Zufre is also part of the Starlight Reserve, a distinction that recognizes its exceptionally clear night sky, free of light pollution, making it a perfect place for astronomical observation.
