Prices and availability

• Prices include 10%% VAT.
• Minimum stay: 2 nights.
• During Easter, long weekends, Christmas and New Year: minimum stay of 3 nights.
• In July and August: minimum stay of seven nights.
• Check-in time: between 16:00 and 19:00.
• Check-out is before 11:00 if new guests are arriving; otherwise, it is at 19:00.

Deposits and cancellations

To confirm a booking, we request a deposit of 25%% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable.
We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover potential cancellation costs.

Cancellation conditions

• The deposit of 25% of the total amount is non-refundable.
• The remaining amount (75%) must be paid one month before arrival.

In case of cancellation:

• If the booking is cancelled within one week of full payment, 75%will be refunded.
• If cancelled between 3 and 2 weeks before arrival, 50%% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• If cancelled between 2 weeks and 8 days before arrival, a 25% refund of the amount paid will be issued.
• If cancelled less than 8 days before arrival, no refund will be given.

Pet policy

Pets are welcome at Molino Río Alájar. To ensure a pleasant and peaceful environment for everyone – both people and animals – we ask you to respect some basic rules:

• Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
• Excreta should be collected.
• Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.
• Maximum 2 dogs per household.
