After much exploration in search of our dream, we found what is now \u201cMolino R\u00edo Al\u00e1jar.\u201d We began by restoring the old mill, which is now our home, and then we built with our own hands the six houses that are part of our complex. From the very first days, when I helped collect the stones for its construction, I have witnessed the evolution of this project into the reality it is today. I know every corner of our houses and the complex inside out.<\/p>\n<p>Over all these years, I have had the pleasure of meeting and recognizing numerous families who visit us again and again.
